Which one should I start with?
Want a full pillow with an adjustable height? Start with The Contour. Prefer a hollow center with raised wings? Look at The Cradle, in white, gray or black. The Neck Roll is a small support for lying on your back.
Can I wash them?
The covers, yes. The Contour's cover comes off; wash it as its care label says. The Cradle's cover comes off too; wash it as its care label says. Keep the foam out of the washer: air it out and spot clean it. Care for each product is listed on its page.
Will these fix neck pain?
No pillow can honestly promise that. These are comfort products, not medical devices. If you have ongoing neck or shoulder pain, talk to a doctor or physical therapist.

What if my order arrives damaged?
