Step 1Buckle the top strap
Pass it around the headrest above the posts and clip it behind the seat.

Step 2Set the height, then tighten
Slide the pillow to where your neck meets the headrest and pull the bottom strap snug.

Step 3Lean the back cushion in
It has no strap. Set it at your lower back and it stays in place while you sit against it.

Before you order
Will it fit my car?
The neck pillow needs a headrest the straps can go around, which most car, SUV and truck seats have. The back cushion works on any seat with a backrest. If your headrest is built into the seat with no gap, ask us before you order.
Does the back cushion strap on?
No. Only the neck pillow has straps. The back cushion stays in place because you lean against it. If you get in and out often, it may need a nudge back into place.
Is it a medical product?
No. It is a pair of cushions that fill the gaps between you and the seat. It does not treat neck or back pain.
Can I wash it?
The covers come off. Wash them following the care label and air the foam. Do not put the foam in the washer.
A cushion doesn't treat neck or back pain. If pain lasts more than a few weeks, see a doctor or physical therapist. Set it up before you drive, not while driving.
