Care
Unzip the pillowcase and wash it on its own, because color from other laundry can transfer to it. The foam core can't be washed. Keep it somewhere dry with some air around it.

How to use The Neck Roll
Put it somewhere flat
A bed, a sofa or a mat on the floor all work.
Line it up with your neck
Lie back so the roll sits under your neck. There shouldn't be a gap between the roll and your shoulders.
Let your head go
Rest only as directed by the manufacturer. Stop using the cushion if it feels uncomfortable.
Check the fit
The compact shape may not suit every neck. Do not keep using it to push through discomfort.

About The Neck Roll
Will it fit me?
It's on the small side, about 12.4 in long. If your neck is on the wider side, the raised ends may feel snug.
Is it a pillow or a stretcher?
It's a support roll. You can use it for a few minutes on the sofa or fall asleep on it in bed. If you sleep on your side, you'll still want a regular pillow.
Can I wash the foam?
No. Only the pillowcase comes off for washing.
Is it a medical device?
No. It's a comfort product and it doesn't treat any condition. If your neck hurts often, see a doctor or physical therapist.
